Begin Your Pre-Screening

Select ‘Begin Quick Check’ on our website, answer a short screening questionnaire and choose a suitable time. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a secure video-link and calendar invite by email.

Any adult resident of Australia with reliable internet access may request a consultation. Clients under 18 require the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian during the appointment.

A smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera, microphone, and stable broadband or mobile data is sufficient. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome or Safari for the best experience.

• Initial consult (30 minutes): $89
• Standard follow-up (15 minutes): $59
• Transfer consult (30 minutes): $69
All fees are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Payments are processed securely online. We accept major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Apple Pay / Google Pay. Bank transfers can be arranged on request before the appointment.

Our telehealth appointments are generally privately billed. At present, Medicare rebates are not available; however, you may lodge invoices with your private health fund if your policy covers telehealth services.

All clinical records are encrypted and held on Australian servers that meet or exceed the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Digital Health Agency security standards. Only authorised ZenCura clinicians can access your file.

Your clinician will recommend an appropriate review interval. You may book directly via the patient portal or phone our support team for assistance. Reminders are sent automatically 48 hours before each scheduled session.

Yes. A visit summary outlining key discussion points and agreed next steps is emailed to you within 24 hours. You can download this document at any time from your secure patient portal.
